One of the greatest characters of our God is that He is an all-knowing God. He created the universe with His immeasurable wisdom, and if God created all of these things, how much more God can show and reveal to us. God is inviting us to call to Him, and He will answer and tell us great and unsearchable things that we do not know. There are times that we do now know what to do with the circumstances that we are in. We get confused easily because our understanding is limited. But God knows everything, and He is willing to show us the right way if we only give our lives and desires to Him.
There was a man who believed that he was the master of his life. He believed that there was God, but he did not need God. He was a very successful businessman, and all his friends envy his successful career. He had a beautiful family and had everything that he wanted. In spite of everything that he had, he never had satisfaction in his heart. He was always searching for something more. Eventually, everything that he had was not satisfying anymore. He became depressed because he thought that he would be happy and satisfied if he had everything that he wanted. He felt something missing in his life, but he could not figure out what it was, not until he heard a preacher on the radio talking about Jeremiah 33:3. Since he tried everything to find an answer to what he was looking for, he called to God for the first time. His life changed at that moment. He realized that what he was looking for was God. God was the only one who could save His soul, gave him peace, and direction in life.
God is the ultimate answer to our lives. Nothing in this world could meet the longing of our hearts. God is inviting us today to call to Him, and He will answer and tell us great and unsearchable things that we do not know. Let us continue to seek the Lord, and trust Him completely.
Ask yourself these questions: What does God want me to do, according to Jeremiah 33:3? Why is it important for me to call to God?
Write down all the worries that you are facing today and lift them up to God.
Prayer:
Father in heaven, thank you that I can call you anytime, and you always answer all my prayers. You are the source of my wisdom and understanding. Please continue to guide me, and help me not to trust in my own understanding, but to trust in you completely. Please help me now with (mention your prayer requests). In the name of Jesus, I pray.
