GOD, THE CREATOR OF MANKIND

The last of God's creations in the beginning are the human beings. After He created the universe and the perfect environment for the human beings to live, he created Adam and Eve. The Bible clearly says that God created Adam from the dust, as it says in Genesis 2:7, "Then the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man's nostrils, and the man became a living person." In regards to the creation of Eve, the Bible says this in Genesis 2:21-22, "So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep. While the man slept, the Lord God took out one of the man's ribs and closed up the opening. Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib, and he brought her to the man." God did not use the theory of evolution to create Adam and Eve. The theory of evolution teaches that human beings evolved from an amoeba or bacteria that turned into a frog, then to an ape, and eventually to human beings over billions of years. Those who believe in the theory of evolution use the Big Bang theory to explain how everything began. They believe that an explosion created the Earth and everything on the Earth, then an amoeba began to evolve into a frog, then eventually to human. They try to explain that there is no God who created the universe and the human beings. 

Because of the teachings of the theory of evolution, many people have a false understanding of how they exist on this earth; thus, they do not know their real purpose in life. Since they do not believe in God's creation, they don't answer to God's standards, and they live from moment to moment. They live according to how they want to live their lives. They believe that the purpose of human beings is to pursue their desires and pleasures and to avoid pain. Enjoy life to the fullest and pursue whatever makes them happy. After all, when all life is over, everything will go back to nothingness, just like everything began before the Big Bang. It seems they have so much freedom and happiness; however, according to the study shown in PubMed Central (PMC), the suicidal rate of those who do not believe in God or reject God purposefully is very high compared to those who believe in God. The reason is that they cannot find the meaning of life and happiness. The very thing that they are looking for, they cannot find. But for us who believe in God's creation, we have meaning in life and purpose because we live according to God's standards. 

God created us, and we are not a result of the Big Bang and Evolution theories. We are created with a meaning and purpose. We live for the glory of God. More on this topic tomorrow.

Take a moment to write down all your worries today. Then, lift them to God in prayer, surrendering them to His will and trusting in His guidance.

Prayer:

Dear Father in Heaven, thank you for helping me understand that you have created me with a purpose. I live according to your standards. I don't live to pursue my own desires, but to pursue your desires for me. Since you created me, you know what is best for me. Please continue to guide me and lead me to your perfect will in my life. In your name, Jesus, I pray. Amen.
